Who is responsible for managing the process within the Scrum Team?

The Scrum Master is responsible for managing the process within the Scrum Team. This role is crucial for facilitating Scrum practices and ensuring that the team adheres to the values and techniques of Scrum. The Scrum Master acts as a servant leader, helping the team improve their processes and practices, removing impediments that may hinder progress, and fostering an environment of collaboration and self-organization.
