Who is responsible for tracking the remaining work of the Sprint?

The Development Team is responsible for tracking the remaining work of the Sprint because they are the ones engaged in creating the Increment and completing the work defined in the Sprint Backlog. In Scrum, the Development Team has the autonomy to self-manage their workflow and progress.
