Who is required to attend the Daily Scrum?

The Daily Scrum is a key event within the Scrum framework designed specifically for the Development Team. This time-boxed meeting, which typically lasts 15 minutes, is conducted to ensure that the Development Team members synchronize their efforts and plan for the day ahead. During this meeting, team members discuss their progress since the last Daily Scrum, what they plan to do before the next meeting, and any obstacles they are facing.
